Safety Guidelines

This device is an electronic device that uses high voltage. Forcing the front door open to operate the device may result in electrical damage and is dangerous. Always use the provided touch program functionality only.

The power cord for this device must include a type 1 grounded power supply and grounding wire.

Using any gas other than the genuine Puredenti gas cartridge will shorten the device's lifespan and its performance cannot be guaranteed.

This device is developed for surface treatment and bioactivation of dental materials. Do not use it for any purposes other than the specified and approved uses.

Prolonged use in environments above 40 degrees Celsius can cause serious damage to the equipment. Whenever possible, use the device in a cool or well-ventilated area.

When using the device, harmful gases such as ozone may be generated when reacting with air. Use the device in a well-ventilated area or under an exhaust hood. Periodically replace the harmful gas filter located at the back of the equipment.

Only refill and use genuine Puredenti gas cartridges from the manufacturer or an authorized source. In the event that a bio-gas cartridge is exposed to fire, high temperatures, or high pressure environments, familiarize yourself with emergency procedures such as evacuation. Move to an area with fresh air if exposed excessively.

Keep the station components, which are part of the assembly of genuine Pure Dentigas, clean and ensure they are free from contamination. Contaminants can unpredictably alter the characteristics of the gas mixture.

If you experience any abnormalities while using this device, consult a doctor or seek medical attention immediately. Regularly inspect for signs of damage, corrosion, or any other issues with the gas cartridge and device. If any problems are detected, contact your supplier immediately and do not use the device or cartridge.

Employees handling this device must receive proper training on its safe handling, maintenance, and usage. Training sessions can reinforce safety protocols and reduce potential risks.

Warranty and A/S

We provide free repair services for damages caused solely by defects in the device itself, not due to user negligence (carelessness and incompetence). The period for free repair service is up to 1 year from the date of delivery of the device.

Even within the warranty period, any malfunctions resulting from forced or unauthorized operations beyond the procedures outlined in this manual, or from disassembly of the device, may incur repair charges or may not be repaired according to the policy of the seller.

If there are consumer demands during the A/S occurrence and repair period of this device, temporary rental of a device through the seller is possible.

In the event of A/S occurrence, the principle is to utilize regular delivery services based on mutual agreement between the customer and the seller. If regular delivery service is not feasible, alternative transportation methods (such as two-wheeled vehicles) may be utilized to provide service support.

The manufacturer reserves the right to make arbitrary functional modifications and performance upgrades for the purpose of enhancing customer service, including programs for this device. Users must be informed in advance if they do not wish to accept these modifications.
